What are the benefits of sleeping with a body pillow?

There are SO MANY benefits to sleeping with a body pillow! It can alleviate lower back pain and reduce pressure points by keeping your spine neutral throughout the night, provide comfort through having something cozy to cuddle with, and help with obstructive sleep apnea by keeping you on your side.

What sets the Senja Sleep sleep bolster apart from other body pillows?

Our sleep bolster has a soft, cylindrical shape that is very different from the typical North American body pillow, which is a large, elongated pillow. This cylindrical shape (which is popular in Southeast Asia), means you'll experience less flattening over time, as the pillow gets routinely rotated. You can also easily fit more than one in the bed!

The Senja Sleep bolster is made with more sustainable materials. It's filled with 60oz of polyester gel-fibre, which is a hypoallergenic alternative to down made from reconstituted plastic bottles. The pillowcase is made out of TENCEL™ Lyocell.

What is TENCEL™ Lyocell?

TENCEL™ branded lyocell and modal fibers are produced by environmentally responsible processes from the sustainably sourced natural raw material wood. Learn more here!

How do I wash the bolster and cover?

Both the bolster and cover are machine washable and dryer safe! We recommend adding clean tennis balls to the dryer with the bolster, to help fluff up the filling. More specific care instructions can be found on the care labels.

Where do you ship to?

Since we've just launched the company, we are only shipping to Canada (except for YT, NWT, NU) at this time. We will start shipping to the United States very soon!

What is your return policy?

We want you to love our bolster. If it doesn't seem to be working out, you are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to customerservice@senjasleep.com to start that process!
